Pickup/Delivery is THE BEST The only way this could be easier is if I could schedule through the app. Yes, I know I'm *supposed* to be able to do this, but it simply did not wor The only way this could be easier is if I could schedule through the app. Yes, I know I'm *supposed* to be able to do this, but it simply did not work. The app is glitchy as xxxx, so this is not surprising. Could also be user error, of course. But at any rate, Fuccillo Service Dept was fantastic, prompt, and courteous. Great experience all around. Not having to hoof it to the dealership while I work 60 hour weeks is an amazing perk. Thank you! More

It was the best outcome possible I noticed the "malfunction indicator" light on my dashboard and called Fuccillo Hyundai. I was offered a same day appointment which surprised (and de I noticed the "malfunction indicator" light on my dashboard and called Fuccillo Hyundai. I was offered a same day appointment which surprised (and delighted) me. I brought a book and prepared for a long wait. Within 20 minutes of my arrival I was told what caused the indicator light to come on, a pricing estimate and how long it would take (barring any surprises). Fortunately, it was a minor issue and I was on my way within an hour. I was very pleased with the outcome. More
7500 mile maintenance This was the vehicle's first maintenance (7500 mile checkup = oil change and tire rotation). Everyone was friendly and attentive. Blatant lying and disrespect by Matthew Pollard I will never go to this service center again and would not recommend it to anyone. The service manager (Matthew Pollard) is as disrespectful a person I will never go to this service center again and would not recommend it to anyone. The service manager (Matthew Pollard) is as disrespectful a person as there is. My vehicle sat on his lot awaiting repairs and rather than taking ownership of that fact, he tried to pawn the blame off on the parent company Hyundai and said it was not his fault, when in fact it was. He said it wasn't his problem and was only my problem. His condescending and unprofessional attitude was shocking. He smirked and laughed at my visible frustration with him and the process. In addition, I asked to speak to the manager and he claimed he was. I asked of the entire dealership and he said yes, when in fact he is only the service manager and not the general manager. To be so blatantly lied to after being treated like dirt rather than as a customer was apparently par for the course for him. I wish I could give this service center zero stars. The only pleasant person to deal with here was Nick, he was professional at all times and after the repairs when it became obvious they damaged my car causing a fuel leak, he apologized profusely and had it fixed immediately. He wasn't the one who caused the problem but had the common sense to recognize that it was the service center that caused the damage and therefore he should apologize one behalf of the service center. The service manager should be fired and Nick promoted to replace him. EDIT UPDATE: After posting this review I was contacted via phone by the new service manager as the prior one I had dealt with is no longer with the company, no surprise there as he was a terrible employee and person. My issues with the service at this location were due solely to the prior service manager, so I imagine that things will improve in his absence. More
