Nicholas Fear outstanding service manager I had not been to Fuccillo for two years having a bad experience with previous management right after purchasing my 2017 Santa Fe. Mr. Fear went out of his way even suggesting I take a loner for the next day. I lost my license somewhere and he went through the car himself trying to find it. After a lot of events everything was taken care of including 3 recalls. The point, I feel ,important was his continual polite efforts to help out. More
