Disgraceful. You're dishonest approach to my car problem has greatly altered my life. By not honoring the CPO Warranty that YOU PLACED ON THE CAR. I need to pay over 7k out of pocket which impacts my ability to do major life events I had planned in the next 6 months. I.E. buy a house/get engaged. On January 22nd, 2025, I brought my 2024 Hyundai Kona to Matthews for its first Complementary Service. I was attended to my the Service Advisor (Ms. Dominique Scott-Henry.) Dominique had a lot of presenc Matthews for its first Complementary Service. I was attended to my the Service Advisor (Ms. Dominique Scott-Henry.) Dominique had a lot of presence. She was very professional and courteous. She arranged to have the service completed within one hour. She also explained to me how the complementary service intervals are calculated. Had a good experience with Howard. The mechanic had the car in and out within the time Howard said it would be.
