When I picked up my NEW vehicle, 2022. They had almost 2 weeks of the vehicle just sitting on the lot to get it ready for me, it has scratches all over the inside screens. Looks like they They had almost 2 weeks of the vehicle just sitting on the lot to get it ready for me, it has scratches all over the inside screens. Looks like they cleaned it with a rough cloth or something. And didn’t care to correct it when they scratched it all up. Annoyed. More

Ram called me when he said he would call me he told me the truth of how long it was going to be to repair my car and for that I appreciate it. When I lease the car I was told that I would not have to be responsible for any kind of Maintenance or Replacements of anything because it's a lease and I was given that special deal package. When I went ta be responsible for any kind of Maintenance or Replacements of anything because it's a lease and I was given that special deal package. When I went taking my oil change I was told that I needed to get to New filters replaced I said I'm not paying for it because I was quoted a price because I have that deal not my car not my responsibility it's your car not mine I just rent it monthly for 3 years I'm paying for that car to be paid off and the timing I returned it and then you're still going to make money by either selling it or re-leasing at. So I told them no I'm not replacing it for over $100 they took the filters out showed in the video after I left I get back home remind you 30 minutes away and now there's a noise coming from this filters when I turn my AC on don't worry because I will return back. I felt like I was lied to from the beginning. More
