Scammer My parents had been taking their Lincoln to Billy's Schenectady location ever since Lazaro went out of business. They were given a free oil change co My parents had been taking their Lincoln to Billy's Schenectady location ever since Lazaro went out of business. They were given a free oil change coupon due to service going beyond promised time. The car needed an oil change, they brought it to Fucillo Schenectady. Upon picking up car, they were told coupons were no longer being accepted. The coupon was within date but they still were charged almost $100. These Fucillo thieves just can't be trusted. Never again...... More
