When our ideal car didn’t work out (at no fault of his own), he jumped right in to find us another one. He was responsive and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. Unfortunately, the car he found didn’t fit our budget but, without hesitation, he started the process again to find a car that would work. He went above and beyond providing options, replying to texts after hours, and came in on his day off to ensure I was happy and my family had a vehicle! He was pleasant (even when I showed irrita) and asked the right questions to help me find the vehicle we needed. I would definitely recommend Richard to friends and would work with him again!! More
