The most caring team of salesmen around! My mom and I went into Fuccillo Hyundai today looking to get me into a new car. My credit is terrible and we were hoping my mother could just co-sign My mom and I went into Fuccillo Hyundai today looking to get me into a new car. My credit is terrible and we were hoping my mother could just co-sign a loan for me. I spoke with Derek Wright the previous day and explained the pickle I was in with another loan company. He gave me very professional advice and I was already looking forward to working with him after one phone call. Upon arriving at the dealership, every employee was so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is laid back. I even commented on the fact that the employees aren’t wearing dress clothes and ties. It makes you feel like your dealing with a person on your level, not above you. I test drove 3 vehicles. The second one I fell in love with, a 2013 Ford Escape. I wanted something affordable, reliable, all wheel drive, and NOT white. Derek made sure to have 5 or 6 options readily available for me to test out. After deciding on the Escape, we sat and waited for Ernie to call us in for the financing piece. Not only was he extremely accommodating, but he ensured that we were at ease and really took his time getting us the best possible rate he could and went over all of our options thoroughly. Because of my bad credit, we decided that my mom financing the car would be the best possible option. It’s been a rough few years for my mom and I, and finally getting a solution to some of the burden was overwhelming and emotional. We probably looked crazy but the sales and finance team were so warm and caring and understanding. We took a bunch of Derek’s business cards and will be sure to pass them out to any friends or family that are looking to purchase a car. By the end of the day he probably knew our whole life story, but was comical and light hearted and made the entire car buying experience, which can be very daunting and stressful, a positive and fun time. We thank each of you so much for your help and your kindness! We will be returning without a doubt! More

How I am treated and how my children matter to others is way more important to me than the car I drive. That said, the salesman, Paul, treated me and the stories about my kids as if we were as valuable to him as the 2019 Veloster he got us into. Between him, Ernie, and Ryan, they made a dream we thought unreachable come true. There was one misunderstanding on my part, but they went above and beyond in response, both in time and effort. I was treated with respect, and more importantly they were kind. I will continue to recommend them through word of mouth and to all the people who ask about this stunning car that I feel they worked a miracle to make happen for us. More
