On January 22nd, 2025, I brought my 2024 Hyundai Kona to Matthews for its first Complementary Service. I was attended to my the Service Advisor (Ms. Dominique Scott-Henry.) Dominique had a lot of presenc Matthews for its first Complementary Service. I was attended to my the Service Advisor (Ms. Dominique Scott-Henry.) Dominique had a lot of presence. She was very professional and courteous. She arranged to have the service completed within one hour. She also explained to me how the complementary service intervals are calculated.
