Started research online and was connected to Heather. She was responsive, kept communication going via text for 2 weeks but never rushed me. She was keen on working with my schedule, which kept changing. She was responsive, kept communication going via text for 2 weeks but never rushed me. She was keen on working with my schedule, which kept changing. Finally the day came and my wife and I stopped by. We had selected the 2015 Santa Fe Hybrid listed online and just needed a test drive and more info on the car. She had the car ready for test and all info ready. From walking in to test drive to agreeing on a price went very smooth. We couldn't drive off with the car due to my insurance agent not being available to get that taken care of. Heather scheduled a pick up for Monday. An hour of paper work, vehicle walk through, blue-link set up and I was out the door with the new car. Thank you Heather, and the Matthews Team!! More

Heather was great the only thing I didn’t like was that i signed and agreed to the monthly payments then we had to talk to some other guy and he talk about teir and my payments went up i really think that th signed and agreed to the monthly payments then we had to talk to some other guy and he talk about teir and my payments went up i really think that the payments i agree on and signed for is what you should have agreed with not to wait until all the paperwork is signed for. Closing appointment was extremely delayed resulting in myself and wife leaving. After an almost an hour of our appointment the general manager noticed our displeasure he offered to deliver the vehicle to myself and wife leaving. After an almost an hour of our appointment the general manager noticed our displeasure he offered to deliver the vehicle to our home After offering a debit card to buy us breakfast which we declined and left. If the closing manager just reached out to us and advised of the delay we could understand. Ultimately after 4 hours they sent Jacob to our home to delivered the vehicle. He was a great guy who took the bullet for Matthews ineptitude. So, as you can tell….. extremely dissatisfied. In closing, why didn’t the salesman ever reach out or his manager. Overall the place seems sloppy and over anxious to just build volume. More
