Kasey, Kasey, Kasey… I’m amazed that this woman is employed with Fuccillo Hyundai. I’ve never dealt with a more rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional person when purchasing anything in my life. She was the first person I spoke with when calling the dealership to inquire about a 2021 Hyundai Elantra. She was horrid to deal with but I was highly interested in the vehicle. I had eventually asked to speak with a different sales representative and she claimed that she was the only one working. She refused to work numbers and look at financing with me unless I would fill out a credit application. This is unheard of. I was calling many Hyundai dealerships looking for a very specific Elantra and none of them had me do a credit application before talking financing the car with me. Kasey is horrific. Thank goodness I was able to speak with Luis who was an absolute pleasure. He paired me with Sam and everything went smoothly from there.
