Although I was hoping to get my monthly payments lower, Josh was helpful and thorough in his explanations. He prioritized me, even when he got busy with other customers. I had been test driving other cars (elsewhere) all day, and came to Fuccillo on a whim between appointments. Ca DEFINITELY describes him perfectly! Carl was amazingly knowledgeable (and even enthusiastic) about the car I wanted to take for a test drive. I told him I was still looking, and left for another appointment elsewhere. At the end of the day, I decided to go back for the Lincoln MKZ. Carl said he KNEW I would be back, and had already sent the car back to be detailed for me. When I picked it up, he went over every bell and whistle before I left the parking lot, and sent a text the next day to make sure I loved it as much as he thought I would (and I DO!). This was a GREAT experience. More

Service Advisor took a look at my car and immediately ordered the part for replacement. Called me to schedule an appointment to remove and replace the trim when the part came in- arrived for my appointment and they were done in 15 mins! While they are farther away from me, the service and “stand by their product” customer care is unparalleled. I will take the extra time to travel to Fuccillo for all my service needs after this experience! More
