Howard started off fine when he checked in with me when my car was first dropped off. Then he called back when the technician diagnosed my car. As a woman who doesn’t know cars- this is why we have to talk my car was first dropped off. Then he called back when the technician diagnosed my car. As a woman who doesn’t know cars- this is why we have to talk to our dads, brothers and significant others about what “work” our car needs done first. All I wanted was an oil change and whatever could be done under my 60k warranty. I needed a bunch of things done according to Howard. Specifically my blower in car for my AC and heat was making a loud noise at full speed. It would have cost $180 for the technician to open it up, look at it, and take out what he thought was a bag stuck up in there. Come on. So I called my husband just to double check on things before they moved forward and my husband couldn’t understand the charge for removing a bag, that probably wasn’t a bag stuck up in there- seeing as how a bag would have to go through 2 filters to get up in there. So my husband called and things got testy with him and Howard. Bc it’s like you car dealerships like to take advantage of women that don’t know car things. Again, this is why we call our significant others and brothers first. Howard called me back and it felt very belittling- basically calling my husband stupid and that I should have them do the bag and the things they were recommending. Before Howard had called me back- I checked with our wonderful mechanic down the road- the breaks that Matthews quoted me for almost $700, brand new from my mechanic was $450. Break fluid flush for $180? My mechanic said that’s not even needed and he’s only done 3 in his 30 year career. Just a gimmick that dealers like to tack on. For everything that was needed at the dealer it would be close to $1400, at my mechanic- $600. So I told Howard all I wanted was the oil change and then whatever is covered under the 60k warranty, which he was heated over and told me my husband got heated with him. First off all, don’t talk back to me. Second- customer service 101. If I’m telling you what I want, don’t argue and call me and my husband basically stupid. 100% would not recommend Howard or Matthew’s 🖕☺️ More

I've said it before, Howard Finley has been a great help. Thanks to his service, we even bought another car from this dealership. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car.
