I've always been pleased with the service I've received at Matthews Hyundai...I drive all the way from Rush, over 30 minutes away, because I don't want to go anywhere else! My “self opening” trunk lid problem was resolved. However, I have spoken to him three times regarding the intermittent failure to unlock the driver’s door when using the door handle. He told me that However, I have spoken to him three times regarding the intermittent failure to unlock the driver’s door when using the door handle. He told me that his car has the same issue (as does other Hyundai vehicles) and there is nothing Hyundai can do about it. I find it very hard to believe that Hyundai won’t stand behind their vehicles and correct their error. Please contact me. More
