HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST SERVICE If I could rate negative I would. I leased my first car through fuccillo greece in 2014 and came back after a 4 year lease was up to lease a new vehic If I could rate negative I would. I leased my first car through fuccillo greece in 2014 and came back after a 4 year lease was up to lease a new vehicle. At this point I felt great about coming to fuccillo. I leased a new car after some negotiation but did feel extremely pressured to buy things for the car that I didnt need like the maintenance package etc and was met with a bit of hosility when I didn't add this package on after they had asked MULITPLE times and I kept saying no. I understand needing to try to sell BUT after asking a customer the same thing 3 times and they still say no THEY MEAN NO. After i left the dealership with the new lease, I got a call saying that snow tires were on old lease and that I would have to pay to have the regular all season tires put on because thats just their policy. This was NOT mentioned at the lease signing and why would I ever pay to get the tires changed on a car I DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE. It is absolutely wrong. They could do this in 10 minutes at the dealership as a courtesy FOR CONTINUED BUSINESS but chose to nickel and dime me. I then had a worker text me in order to get the other set of keys back for the car and text me on my personal cell phone right after I left the dealership. This is totally inappropriate. You need to call, not text for any type of PROFESSIONAL business. I blocked the number because it made me extremely uncomfortable. The worst thing of all was when I called fuccillo to simply ask about the tires (at this point I wasn't even mad yet just concerned)and got the manager who was absolutely rude from the second he got on the phone before I even said what I was upset about. He just wanted to fight me. I was very nice but eventually I had had enough of him interrupting me and trying to belittle me. He even said in the very begining "what are you even confused about?" In a boarish tone like i was a moron. I am done being disrespected by this bottom feeding slimey dealership that nickels and dimes its customers even though theyve been loyal. This WILL be my last lease with them and I will NEVER go back for any sort of services for the lease. They will not get a PENNY more from me. More

I brought my car there several times telling them there was a noise coming from the passage rear wheel. Every time I was told that there was nothing wrong (because all they did was drive the car after me telling them it didn't happen all the time). Now I'm told that the ER brake was frozen and tore up the back brakes. I asked if that was the noise I was hearing (ER brake frozen) to be told yes. Now I'm looking at a $500 Bill be cause someone didn't do their job. Not because I wasn't taking care of my car. Did they offer to fix my car free of charge. NO..... I get to pay for their mistake.... More
