Do NOT go to this dealership! ! My new elantra would not accept gas and it took 4 trips to Matthews before it was fixed and it was returned with a dent in it. My key fob fell apa ! My key fob fell apart and the dealer said they tried to glue it together but was unable to however, if I needed it in the future they would look into ordering another one. I took the car in again for service and they wanted to charge lme for it.. I told them it was part of my lease. Then they came back and said there was a screw in the back drivers side tire and they tried to sell me a tire. I went to Mavis. There was no screw but there was a hole in the back passenger side tire which Mavis plugged. This dealership is horrible and I would advise going to Vision Hyundai. More
UPDATE SPOKE TO THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO WAS JUST AS RUDE!!! DIDNT WANT TO TELL ME HIS NAME AT FIRST. HES AWARE OF WHAT THEIR WORKER TOLD ME THAT IT HAPPENED UNDER THEIR WATCH BUT THEY ARE REFUSING TO F RUDE!!! DIDNT WANT TO TELL ME HIS NAME AT FIRST. HES AWARE OF WHAT THEIR WORKER TOLD ME THAT IT HAPPENED UNDER THEIR WATCH BUT THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX IT!!! ALOT OF THIS IS STARTING TO BOIL DOWN THAT IM A BLACK FEMALE AND THEY THINK THEY CAN RUN OVER US! I FEEL LIKE IF I HAD A MAN THERE WITH ME NONE OF THIS WOULDVE HAPPENED! I SHOULDNT HAVE TO BRING NO MAN WITH ME TO GET MY CAR FIX! BUT ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPENED SO NOW THE LAWYERS WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED! I took my car to the West Ridge location on Feb 19th I didn’t get my vehicle back until March 26th! Granted they ended up giving me a rental so I can get back n fourth to work. I was very thankful for that! Now I was already upset with them because I brought my vehicle to them like a year or so ago for the same issue and at that time they told me it wasn’t nothing wrong with and it was fine and sent me on my way even though I kept complaining about it. So the problem got real worse this time around and I took it back to them. So they was trying to state the same thing that wasn’t nothing wrong with my vehicle n then I called them they like oh well we see it’s driving funny but NOTHING IS SHOWING UP! Like how is that possible so they kept telling me they “Trying” to run different test which has to be approved by the Tech dept before they can even do it which is why they gave me the rental. It took the tech dept 2 or more weeks to even respond just from them to test my car! Then they say oh it’s something in the engine but we have to see if they will allow us to fix with no cost to you ok that’s fine but I don’t see how I would’ve had to pay for something anyways when I brought my car here before and y’all said it was nothing wrong with. So it took the tech dept like another week or so for them to approve them to fix my car. They finally fix it and when they go to test drive it now all of a sudden my transmission goes... like whatttt.... so now they get that approval to fix it. Now in the meantime that all this is going on I’m constantly calling to check on my vehicle wasn’t planning on them having my car this long. Then they sending me surveys to do and I don’t even have my car. They had consumer call me and at that time I didn’t have my car and they didn’t even start fixing it yet. So how do y’all want me to do a survey or talk to someone and I don’t even know If my car is back to good condition. They call me yesterday to tell me the car is finally ready and I can pick it up BUT I now need a catalytic converter and some type of bar. Like HOW!!!??? I did my research spoke with some mechanics told them what happened to my car and I call the dealership back and I’m like how am I responsible to pay for something that was cause during the time of y’all fixing my vehicle!?! Todd stayed yes they know but the m Tech dept told them no they can’t fix n I have to pay for something that wasn’t wrong with my car when I brought it and it happened while they was fixing it! I’m beyond xxxx!!! My car is now driving even worse than before and now I’m out of a car and have to wait 10-20 days before anyone in the consumer dept will even call me back about this matter! Like how is that okay! I feel as though since I’m a female I always come there by myself they feel like they can do and tell me whatever cause I’m not going to investigate or find out and ask questions. I shouldn’t have to have a man with me to come to a car place! But now that’s how I’m starting to really fell after this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here! So now I’m back out of a car and won’t here from no one until 10-20 days cause the dealership said it’s nothing they can do they was told they can’t fix what happened when they are the ones who caused it. And I also can my send a review to the one they sent me in my email because it “expired” but why I didn’t even have my vehicle when they sent it to me! Horrible! Very unhappy customer once again! HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST SERVICE If I could rate negative I would. I leased my first car through fuccillo greece in 2014 and came back after a 4 year lease was up to lease a new vehic If I could rate negative I would. I leased my first car through fuccillo greece in 2014 and came back after a 4 year lease was up to lease a new vehicle. At this point I felt great about coming to fuccillo. I leased a new car after some negotiation but did feel extremely pressured to buy things for the car that I didnt need like the maintenance package etc and was met with a bit of hosility when I didn't add this package on after they had asked MULITPLE times and I kept saying no. I understand needing to try to sell BUT after asking a customer the same thing 3 times and they still say no THEY MEAN NO. After i left the dealership with the new lease, I got a call saying that snow tires were on old lease and that I would have to pay to have the regular all season tires put on because thats just their policy. This was NOT mentioned at the lease signing and why would I ever pay to get the tires changed on a car I DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE. It is absolutely wrong. They could do this in 10 minutes at the dealership as a courtesy FOR CONTINUED BUSINESS but chose to nickel and dime me. I then had a worker text me in order to get the other set of keys back for the car and text me on my personal cell phone right after I left the dealership. This is totally inappropriate. You need to call, not text for any type of PROFESSIONAL business. I blocked the number because it made me extremely uncomfortable. The worst thing of all was when I called fuccillo to simply ask about the tires (at this point I wasn't even mad yet just concerned)and got the manager who was absolutely rude from the second he got on the phone before I even said what I was upset about. He just wanted to fight me. I was very nice but eventually I had had enough of him interrupting me and trying to belittle me. He even said in the very begining "what are you even confused about?" In a boarish tone like i was a moron. I am done being disrespected by this bottom feeding slimey dealership that nickels and dimes its customers even though theyve been loyal. This WILL be my last lease with them and I will NEVER go back for any sort of services for the lease. They will not get a PENNY more from me. More

I brought my car there several times telling them there was a noise coming from the passage rear wheel. Every time I was told that there was nothing wrong (because all they did was drive the car after me telling them it didn't happen all the time). Now I'm told that the ER brake was frozen and tore up the back brakes. I asked if that was the noise I was hearing (ER brake frozen) to be told yes. Now I'm looking at a $500 Bill be cause someone didn't do their job. Not because I wasn't taking care of my car. Did they offer to fix my car free of charge. NO..... I get to pay for their mistake.... More
