Unresolved issue from 2-1/2 weeks ago. Was supposed to receive follow up call regarding solution. This is the 3rd time I've had the car in for this issue, 2 at another dealer and once at M Was supposed to receive follow up call regarding solution. Friendly helpful sales people. Clean environment. Deal reached in a timely manner. After we reached the deal, new car was ready the next day. There was a 2 to 3'day glitch with try Clean environment. The service advisor on the far right is not pleasant at all. Have dealt with him on several occasions and he always has the same disposition. I went to pick up my car after having it there for a week and the engine light was still on. So it had to stay again. After I picked it up the 2nd time it was idling high so I have to drop it off again withi and the engine light was still on. So it had to stay again.
