Would have given 5 stars but my 1/9/24 service appointment got mysteriously dropped from the service calendar. I made that appt on 12/27/23 with Denise. When I called on 1/8/24 to confirm the ap appointment got mysteriously dropped from the service calendar. I made that appt on 12/27/23 with Denise. When I called on 1/8/24 to confirm the appt for the next day Denise answered the Matthews Auto phone and said I had no appt scheduled for 1/9/24 and they were all booked up. When I protested and asked to speak to a manager Denise said wait a minute let me get my MAGIC WAND. I told her that I did not want to hear about a Magic Wand and then Denise Hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Everyone ELSE in the service dept. was very professional knowledgeable, open minded and courteous. Ashley, Jared and Billy in sales are a credit to Matthews Auto. More

The service center completed my 15,000 mile services. My appointment was for 8am but they mistakenly started working on cars with later appointments which meant I never got my car back till 2pm.
