I had a rough start to my 1st experience w Matthews Hyundai service w an incorrectly ordered part...AND boy did they ever step up to do the right thing for me moving forward. They made sure i got in t Hyundai service w an incorrectly ordered part...AND boy did they ever step up to do the right thing for me moving forward. They made sure i got in the next week, got a loaner car set up, were extremely customer service oriented, called to personally ensure things were on track for the visit. They really did an awesome job. Everyone makes mistakes - everyone. But a great indicator of character and integrity is how you handle those mistakes. Matthews took ownership, bent over backwards to make me feel appreciated as a customer and showed their true colors! More

I cannot believe how much they charge for a simple oil change. When I booked the appointment online it told me my oil change charge was zero dollars. When my car was done they told me it was about $87, wh change. When I booked the appointment online it told me my oil change charge was zero dollars. When my car was done they told me it was about $87, which is not an expense I had planned for. This was extremely inconvenient, as I live in Webster and drove out to Greece because I thought my oil changes were still free. If I had know there would be a charge like this I would have done my oil change closer to home for a lot less money. I feel completely ripped off and deceived by the online play form that told me my bill would be zero. More
