Oh my goodness, one of the worst dealerships i have ever been too in my life.. and I am from Long Island..lol. The Sales man Robert was very nice.. but told us things we wanted to hear... and not the truth been too in my life.. and I am from Long Island..lol. We were there for a while trying to negotiate.. finally we did and was told we would have a payment of 310 per month.. then after all that, he says dont worry, we should get the car. Not to mention I called before i went there and spoke to Joe Heart, the finance manager.. who told me how great Billy Fucillo was at getting loans for people with bad credit cause he's been doing it for over 20 years.. all we got was a bunch of bull. and the worst front desk person ever. so nasty. They got my daughter so excited and then crushed her heart. She had 11 grand down too and was declined by every bank they tried. I see their commercials ALL THE TIME and finally i thought we would give them a try.. WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL!!! i knew it!! It was just the worst. They even took my daughters title to her car, she was trading in, they still have it!!! WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE!!! we called Billy and left a mesg. on his machine,... lets see if this guy is who he says he is.. i will let you know. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM HIM.. WE WILL REPORT TO BBB.. AND NEVER REFER THEM TO ANYONE!! More

The only good thing about this dealership was that they were able to find a bank to finance me for a car. Bought a car in May 2012 and here is what has happened: Already need new tires, in NOVEMBER 2012 t were able to find a bank to finance me for a car. Bought a car in May 2012 and here is what has happened: Already need new tires, in NOVEMBER 2012 they threatened to sue me for my down payment that they told me bounced however, when I called the bank the check was never put through and when I called Fucillo they still had the check in their office. Yesterday, (DECEMBER 11, 2012)they called me to see where my trade in car was that I wanted to trade in. In may I told Miguel that I had no way of getting it there and he said he would take care of it and I told him which garage it was at. Yesterday when Rick (I believe was his name) called me looking for the car I told him that the garage it was at had gotten rid of it because they did not want it on their property any more. (The garage waited till October to get rid of the my old car). No one should go here, Miguel, my salesman was pushy, I told him my price range and the first car he had me look at was a Cadillac which is wayyyyy out of my price range. I am sooo fed up with this place and I know that I will NEVER EVER EVER go back to them again. I do not even let them do repair services on my car that I got from them.! More
