Terrible Customer Experience I am completely dissatisfied with my dealership experience. I felt that I was taken advantage of while going over my pricing options. I went back to t I am completely dissatisfied with my dealership experience. I felt that I was taken advantage of while going over my pricing options. I went back to the dealership to express my disappointment after finding a much better deal, and the Sales Manager agreed to re-write my lease for me to "meet me in the middle" so to speak. That would have been enough to satisfy me as a customer, if things had continued to run smoothly from there. However, my first monthly statement came in the mail- and it was for the higher amount. I've spent hours on the phone (taking time away from my workday) to try and correct the situation. I've acted as a go between with the dealership and Hyundai fiance. After several phone calls and 3 days, the issue is still not resolved. I have not experienced any type of customer service that is this disappointing. I hope that the billing issue is resolved immediately, however it is far too late to change my opinion. I will never do business with this dealer again, and I will warn anyone I know against doing business with them. The disorganization and miscommunication is appalling. Absolutely horrible. More
