This was my 1st time at this service center. I know that there is a lot of construction going on. My car was there for almost a month before I got it back. When brought the loaner car back, I wa I know that there is a lot of construction going on. My car was there for almost a month before I got it back. When brought the loaner car back, I washed and vacuumed it out. My car was not washed and had so much dust from the construction that you could write on it with your finger. I was given the run around almost everytime I called for an update but I did get a loaner and so far the car is working again. Will wait and see in a few weeks to see if the issue was really taken care of More

I worked with trey . called him up told him exactly what my wife was looking for . called me to let me know car was on lot being a car dealer myself I did not want to get called him up told him exactly what my wife was looking for . called me to let me know car was on lot being a car dealer myself I did not want to get passed around I do not doit to my customers.any how very patient before and after deal was made. Went over all that do dads in the car and even called to make sure we had no problems . great young man I highly recomend. Reason I gave a e.3 star was because of one fee to date I still do not understand.they call it a doc fee I believe it was 175 00 how in the xxxx can you even sell a car new or used with out dealer ship writing up the paper work. I have a used car dealership in NY for 17 years and never ever charged a doc fee.sounds real strange to me. More

We followed Massimo to Matthews because we have trusted him for years. He’s easy to work with, honest and has integrity which is hard to find in the car business.
