A 15 minute appointment took over an hour and a half with quite a few others waiting in the place also. When one has an appointment you should never have to wait that long for something so simple. Love this dealer! They have been so nice, knowledgeable, and helpfull. Especially Chris Raetz. He kept providing me with the info I wanted, but was low key and so easy They have been so nice, knowledgeable, and helpfull. Especially Chris Raetz. He kept providing me with the info I wanted, but was low key and so easy to deal with! Available but let me be, too. The service dept has been great, but nothing has ever gone wrong with my Hyundai! First time I have ever not pd for any oil changes or tire rotations. They are FREE for 3 years!!! Matthews Hyundai got the exact new car I wanted right away. Chris Raetz and the staff were fair, honest, fun to deal with, and reliable. Great folks! More
