Mossimo put me with Joe the sales manager and I had a great experience because of it. Jaylen who is the salesman did great, very personable and dealt with me very well. My wife went in for a free oil change. while there she was told she needed an engine air filter, cabin filter and an alignment. The car has 15k miles on it. The sad thing is they wanted to while there she was told she needed an engine air filter, cabin filter and an alignment. The car has 15k miles on it. The sad thing is they wanted to charge her $600 for work that wasn’t needed. I then asked the service tech if he was serious and he told me it was recommended. Needless to say I’ll be bringing the car in for now on so my wife won’t get scammed. More
