I was very annoyed as the system had the wrong vehicle noted. I have told the dealership numerous times that I do not own the 2022 Tucson. The only vehicle should be the 2019 Tucson.i was told I had 4 re noted. I have told the dealership numerous times that I do not own the 2022 Tucson. The only vehicle should be the 2019 Tucson.i was told I had 4 recalls which when after investigating that it was the 2022.Also the oil change record was wrong showing 2023. I waited for 1 & 1/2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. So, I did not have a good experience. I had a frustrating time. More

I leased a new car and I got a bad flat tire from going over a bridge. Side wall damage. Called your service center right away. I told them the car would be towed there for repair. So I go this morning and over a bridge. Side wall damage. Called your service center right away. I told them the car would be towed there for repair. So I go this morning and tell me I don’t have an appointment and it will have to stay till tomorrow. I was not happy be no means. Eric treated me like xxxx and I and nor happy with the first time I enter your service department. He knew the car was coming there. Well we will take you home and bring me back. No thank you I want my tire fixed Well it’s going to be a couple of hours. Really Well you can wait. I said where do I wait , oh over hear. He knew I was up set. Well some one finally did get to my car and I was out of there. It was in the side wall damage When my car was ready he called me and he kind of changed his tune. My Experience there for the first time was horrible. I am not looking futon have to go back and have service done. I am a 23 years GM EMPLOYEE and I bought a car from you to be serviced by you in an emergency. Mind you my car is less than a month old. They put the tire on snd never even cleaned it up like the other wheels. Some service. So that is what I think. If Eric was having a bad Wednesday morning he should have got another cup of coffee and treat a senior citizen with a little respect. I just hope the next time I come in it all goes well. Maybe Eric needs a day off for an attitude adjustment. I am sorry. I usual not complain but this was just rude. More
