I have purchased many vehicles from Matthew's and will continue to do so. My last visit was to get my oil change and tire rotation plus my third brake light had water in it. The new person was going to ca continue to do so. My last visit was to get my oil change and tire rotation plus my third brake light had water in it. The new person was going to call the warranty company and get the cost of replacement. He couldn't get thru to the company and would try later. I called the following day and no luck. I called back a couple of days later and he must of forgot. Bottom line, I got the brake light replaced since 8 weeks have passed. I still plan on getting my vehicles from Matthew's and getting my vehicles serviced there. But only go to Rob or Jim for service since they have been great to deal with. More
