I have purchased many vehicles from Matthew's and will continue to do so. My last visit was to get my oil change and tire rotation plus my third brake light had water in it. The new person was going to ca continue to do so. My last visit was to get my oil change and tire rotation plus my third brake light had water in it. The new person was going to call the warranty company and get the cost of replacement. He couldn't get thru to the company and would try later. I called the following day and no luck. I called back a couple of days later and he must of forgot. Bottom line, I got the brake light replaced since 8 weeks have passed. I still plan on getting my vehicles from Matthew's and getting my vehicles serviced there. But only go to Rob or Jim for service since they have been great to deal with. More

Our ONLY disappointment was that we could not locate our Rewards card and you do not allow the service dept. to look it up online to find out. So we could not use our points that day. We thought that as long as it was online, you could find it. We are low tech seniors. Had our iPhone with us but lacked the ability to get to the rewards' site & find out the answer. We just know that before coming to our service appt., we'd received an email from Matthews. I went online to set up the appt. While doing that (on our home computer, not on phone), it stated that we had over 400 points. You should trust your service personnel to access our account. We have nothing to hide. More
