Had truck scheduled for a recall and Inspection. After waiting about 2 hrs, was told there was only one person certified to do the job, and "he was working on another one right now." Several others that had brought in vehicles to be worked on were told that their parts had not came in after they had sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. They scheduled my service quickly, diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it. Brakes work much better. Took the full day and had to pick up at the end of the shift but they were accommodating. This was my first time at Matthews. Rob was fast, friendly and very helpful. I ended up needed tires which wasn't a surprise to me but Rob was very courteous when telling me they were r Rob was fast, friendly and very helpful. He explained they didn't have the tires I wanted on site but they did have them in a warehouse close by. I feel the amount of time I waited was relatively small since they had to go pick the tires up and then do the work. Because of Rob, I will return to Matthews for future service. More
