Thank You to Jim Rodgers for getting my tires & setting up my appointment. He also explained to me about the alignment machine when you pull your vehicle into the service dept. I had a problem with my Acadia on the highway, I had numerous issues happening with it, I decided I should drive right to the dealership if I can make it, I explained my issues Rob checked it out told m numerous issues happening with it, I decided I should drive right to the dealership if I can make it, I explained my issues Rob checked it out told me what he thought was the problem, So I left my Acadia, he quoted me the price, I said ok. I needed to get my car inspected. I spoke with the people who sold me the car through matthews, there were lights out on my car. They stated that when it goes to get inspected, the pe I spoke with the people who sold me the car through matthews, there were lights out on my car. They stated that when it goes to get inspected, the people at the service center will check on the lights and they will be fixed. They have not been fixed. The lights are still out and im curious how my car was able to be inspected with these things not done. More
