Had truck scheduled for a recall and Inspection. After waiting about 2 hrs, was told there was only one person certified to do the job, and "he was working on another one right now." I thought that' After waiting about 2 hrs, was told there was only one person certified to do the job, and "he was working on another one right now." I thought that's why we schedule things. Several others that had brought in vehicles to be worked on were told that their parts had not came in after they had sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. They scheduled my service quickly, diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it. Brakes work much better. Took the full day and had to pick up at the end of the shift but they were accommodating.
