I was more than pleased with the experience I had with Matthews body shop and the service they provided. The body work, paint matching and blending in with the rest of the vehicle were excellent. Jon the Matthews body shop and the service they provided. The body work, paint matching and blending in with the rest of the vehicle were excellent. Jon the body shop manger was very professional in providing estimates with options to the repair, communicating progress to the repair and going over the repair at completion, which was done in the time frame I was told. I also want to mention that they completely washed and polished my vehicle making it look like new for me for when I picked it up. From my experience I would definitely use there services again and refer them to others. More

I dealt with Sales and Service on multiple occasions and every time is a Great Exp The Level of friendliness and Professionalism is Beyond Excellent. I dealt with Sales and Service on multiple occasions and every time is a Great Experience. The Service Advisors are all awesome to deal with keeping me updated on what is happening with my vehicle as well as making sure I get the best value I can on each visit. On the rare Occasion that I need a new vehicle the entire Sales staff is polite and courteous. They all help each other out making sure that we don't have to wait around as well as helping us find the Perfect vehicle for our needs whether it was when i still had three kids in the house and needed a bigger vehicle or after when i needed a truck to pull my camper. They helped find the absolute best fit for our needs. I couldn't be happier. On the very rare occasion that I need to get an accessory or part for my winter beater the parts department is more than capable of finding me the right part for a reasonable price. and Last but not least the one time I hit a deer The Body shop was able to get my truck in quickly and made it look good as new! In Conclusion I'd really like to Thank Everyone At Matthews Ford for making me feel like Family! More
