I called actually called yesterday and my dealer, Karl Weygandt and he helped me with EVERYTHING without me even needing to come in! He figured everything out for me before I came in, helped me with everything I needed, on top of being the nicest down to earth person! This being my first car on my own, going to a dealership I was scared of being pushed into something, not once did he try to pressure me into anything alls he wanted to do is make sure I was happy and satisfied! He's my new best friend!!!! GIVE KARL A DESK PLEASE, I second this all the way!!!! I read great reviews about him before I went in and he was absolutely great when I came in! No customer service training they struggle to take pride. I purchased a 2013 F150 on 01/09/14 have had several bad experience's, from replacing wrong part, leaving truck in rain with window down, two trips to I purchased a 2013 F150 on 01/09/14 have had several bad experience's, from replacing wrong part, leaving truck in rain with window down, two trips to figure out defroster issues (no hot air) and covered interior leather with grease. Leaving after service with skid plate dragging the ground . Recently got stuck with salesman named Karl to try and get some information about mileage on 2005 F150 for Spark Plug Class Action Settlement, who doesn't even have basic communication skills. This dealership has turned a long time FORD family into a family with no brand loyalty at all. I hear from the local ranchers that Brandon Ford really takes care even after the sale with top notch service. More

shady salesman!! false info given!! i had spoke to jerry in sales 2 days prior to my drive there(1 hour 45minutes) only to find out when i get there that the truck i inquired about days i had spoke to jerry in sales 2 days prior to my drive there(1 hour 45minutes) only to find out when i get there that the truck i inquired about days before was coincidentally in the shop for a new transmission at which time i was told the vehicle was in a wreck. wasnt told about this in prior discussion in which i told the salesman im almost 2 hours from there and wanted verify all known issues, were reluctant to show me said truck but instead wanted pressure me into a brand new vehicle for which i said multiple times i didnt want new was told by jerry that he and the dealership was going to do whatever it takes to fix the error and get me into something i wanted, or discount the wrecked vehicle for which neither happened..and so was told sorry, so in essence i drove for 2 hrs. for nothing.. shady sales, incomplete info. when requested.. buyer beware!! More

Tech forgot to replace oil cap after regular maintenance. Drove to Orlando before I realized it . xxx? Glad I didn't blow a rod ! Now the parts didn't come in for something else. I purchased two other Ford vehicles a Edge and a Fusion . Both from dealers other than Mathew Currie . I guess I'll have to go to them for maintenance as well . Service is not worth my time or my money . They must have way to many customers lined up for the shalacking. More
