Thanks to those folks and Ford Extracare we had it back within a week at a cost of $107 bucks with a grocery list of items that were covered. Service manager went way beyond the call of duty to satisfy, I travelled from NY to FL and discovered a leak in coolant fluid upon arrival. I brought my vehicle to Matthews Currie and although backlogged< the service manager went way of his way to order the necessary part and have my vehicle repaired the very next day,. He was courteous, professional, and did not hesitate to make my life easier. I explained that it was essential that I return to NY the next day, and although he was backed up with orders he went way out of his way to help me. I will be forever grateful to him and Matthews Currie for the superb service rendered to me. He could very well have put me on hold, but instead he chose to accommodate my needs and help out a person in distress. My gratitude cannot be overstated and through his actions I will be forever grateful to Matthews Currie and would do business with this firm in a flash. My thanks forever for helping a person in need when delay could have been and would have been understood. It is personnel like this service manager that will bring me back to your organization time after time. It makes me wish that I was a resident of Florida so that I could have a lifelong relationship with your Company. Poor Sales Staff I made an offer for a truck they have listed on ebay. The truck was listed for $49k and I offered $42k to get the negotiating started. I didn't hear back from anyone for a couple of days so I called and asked for sales. I spoke with a John H., he laughed when I told him the offer I made and said, "well that's why nobody is calling you back." He then told me the truck was priced as low as the dealership would accept because it had already been there for 90 days and it "probably started at something like $55k", even though their ebay listing was accepting offers, not listing the $49k as a firm price. The sales manager of this dealership might want to consider having their sales staff A) return phone calls B) not have his salespeople laugh at potential customers. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. More

However we decided to return and had an incredible calm purchase with Randy Getchey. Randy was friendly, honest and understood we had experienced a bad experience on our first visit. He went out of his way to accommodate us, answering all questions, making the vehicle available to test drive and when it came down to "crunching" the numbers, he was very prompt and diligent with trying to get the perfect price. The manager Brad was very friendly and willing to "deal". It was very pleasant to work with a Christian salesman and to share personal stories in the midst of what usually for us is a nightmare to purchase a vehicle.
