Had an oil change and tire rotation at Hometown Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Albion. Aug 2022. The two young guys in the service dept. appeared to me to be fresh out of high school. After the service was done I d Dodge Jeep of Albion. Aug 2022. The two young guys in the service dept. appeared to me to be fresh out of high school. After the service was done I drove 15 miles to my home. I felt the need to check my lug nuts after arriving home, something I normally wouldn't do but I felt uneasy about the possible lack of experience these young men had in working on vehicles. Sure enough I had some lug nuts that I could turn with my fingers. Some were tighter than others but not one of them had been tightened enough! Called the Manager and told him. He was apologetic and told me the guy who rotated my tires had only worked there for two days. I find it unacceptable and will never be able to trust them to work on my vehicle again. I drove on the highway and could've had a tire come off killing me and or others. All I can say is I hope it only happen to my vehicle and there aren't others driving around with loose lug nuts and don't know it More

Mobile glass repairman installed new windshield and hometown recalibrated the new one for rain sensing feature as well as the lane departure. We did not have interaction with service representative since the glass man set the appointment up. More

Auto repair I was visiting my brother for the holiday week my car was leaking antifreeze somewhere underneath the vehicle. I was told that the water pump was wher I was visiting my brother for the holiday week my car was leaking antifreeze somewhere underneath the vehicle. I was told that the water pump was where the leak was coming from. I had it replaced got half way back to Dallas and the engine light went on so I pulled over and still was leaking antifreeze I filled the radiator again to replace what was lost. I got back to Dallas and took it to my mechanic that replaced the thermostat before I left for my trip and he pulled the thermostat out and found that the O ring was not properly sealing the thermostat and that is where it was leaking. I believe I was sold a part that I didn’t need. And don’t understand why they didn’t check the thermostat for a leak. More
