Employees should have knowledge of the rewards program and the customer’s benefits.. Came in for an oil change and forgot to ask for a tire rotation. They diagnosed the wrong problem from the beginning, so I waited for 3 weeks for a part I didn’t need. Then I brought it in for the problem that actually was wrong! Another backorder … Oh and then I got a lo waited for 3 weeks for a part I didn’t need. Then I brought it in for the problem that actually was wrong! Another backorder … Oh and then I got a loaner vehicle for a day, because it was fixed in a day!!! A month and a week narrowing cars…. I was like a hot potato nobody wanted to deal with me…… Most likely my last service from Matthews!!! More
