well first i made appt to get car done, it took about 1 2/2 weeks for appt , i also brought paperwork from my mec, that shows i need an oil pump, but also came up was a bulliten about computer update and 2/2 weeks for appt , i also brought paperwork from my mec, that shows i need an oil pump, but also came up was a bulliten about computer update and was told to bring to dealership. so came down on my date, left my car and got a call car was done and needed to make another appt tec wanted to do further investigation, so made another appt , came down left car got call next morning it needed oil pump but have to make another appt, by this time I am fed up with the service, I have to drive 1/2 hr. back and forth each way and get a ride, so I said no I will get fixed at my home then got hit with a 134 dollar bill. for nothing really. I will never recommend your business. I was never in my life so disappointed, More

Employees should have knowledge of the rewards program and the customer’s benefits.. Came in for an oil change and forgot to ask for a tire rotation.
