Last week our car broke down. Due to the convenience of Matt Saxe being in town we decided to take it in for repairs. Generally we do not use dealerships for repairs. I felt comfortable, catered to and respected. He explained everything to me in detail and even went above and beyond. He notified us of a coupon for 10% off service. My car was fixed in days ! I can say with out a doubt that I will purchase my next vehicle from Matt Saxe. I am amazed by the kind, compassionate and caring atmosphere at Matt Saxe Dealership. I just wanted to share a great customer service experience I had at Matt Saxe Chevrolet Buick. I bought a 2013 Buick Encore and had some issues with the range on the remote starter. I walked into t experience I had at Matt Saxe Chevrolet Buick. I bought a 2013 Buick Encore and had some issues with the range on the remote starter. I walked into the dealership and went to the Service area explaining my issue. They researched the issue online and printed off the latest issues with the remote start. As I am reading the printout walking into the sales area I ran into Matt the owner. Matt asked me how things are going and I told him about my remote starter issue. Matt took the time with me to ask questions and wanted me to show him the issue. After Matt saw the issue we then talked awhile about the issue and he suggested some potential resolutions. I told Matt the next time I come in for an Oil change maybe we could try one of his resolutions out. Well, it wasn’t three days later my salesman Justin Koepp called me as I am driving home from work letting me know they just received a part for my Encore that will resolve the remote start issue. I was very impressed on how Matt Saxe worked with his salesman to research the issue and come up with a resolution. I can’t speak enough about how Matt Saxe Chevrolet Buick, we have bought three vehicles from there and have been very happy with the customer service. More
