I purchased 2012 Chevrolet Traverse from Matt Saxe Chevrolet. I have been doing all of my maintenance work at the dealership, and have been very satisfied with the service. Had an oil change done with a tire rotation. Every thing went well until I was driving home from the cabin a few weeks later and got a flat tire. I then had to change the flat in on a sunny, 90+ degree heat day with a crying toddler. It turns out that the dealer ship over filled my tires by 16 PSI which caused my valve stem to leak. Don't get your vehicle serviced here. If they cant even fill your tires to the correct PSI, they are not capable of doing anything correctly. More

We had a shudder in our Traverse they changed the sensor in it but still shuddered. Service department very petty! They didn’t want to do a warranty install on our 3500 ltz and did a horrible install and left intentional grinding on top of our 9000 v plow. Don’t buy from them or take your vehicle to get work done if you value your vehicle! I don’t believe certified mechanics worked on it! Had to have it fixed after they worked on it. Horrible! More
