I had crashed my 2013 Suburban and the person I usually work with to locate a used one could not get the color combo I wanted. I searched on internet and through Auto trader and found Matt Saxe with exactly what I wanted - Silver with grey interior (this was Tuesday night). I sent an email that night at 8:30 EST and had a response from Hillary in about 15 minutes with a cell phone number to call. I texted her and she called me back in 2 minutes to let me know that the truck was still available. I put a deposit on it the next morning with final payment that afternoon through a wire transfer and was on a plane to Minnesota from New Jersey on Thursday with my wife. Can you say road trip? We were picked up from the airport by Jerry in the 4000 mile old 2015 Suburban which was immaculate. The ride to the dealership was filled with stories shared by Jerry who was simply put a gentleman with a great dry sense of humor. (We were rooting for Miss Michigan in the USA pageant). We got to the dealership and were greeted by Hillary and the team who were beyond pleasant. John Kop helped out with the paperwork and in the shortest time ever I purchased a used vehicle. We were on our way with a hug and smiles all around. This was THE BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Thank you everyone at Matt Saxe!!!! More

The dealership itself is really nice and clean and the free snacks and refreshments are a nice touch while you wait. If I had one issue with the experience was that there was a lot of waiting. It's a small dealership so I realize there aren't many people in each department, so I would tell future buyers to plan on being there for a while if you do decide to buy. My whole process was about 5 hours. That being said, I though everyone was nice and accommodating, and I would definitely buy from there again. More

Last week our car broke down. Due to the convenience of Matt Saxe being in town we decided to take it in for repairs. Generally we do not use dealerships for repairs. I just wanted to share a great customer service experience I had at Matt Saxe Chevrolet Buick. I bought a 2013 Buick Encore and had some issues with the range on the remote starter. I walked into t experience I had at Matt Saxe Chevrolet Buick. I bought a 2013 Buick Encore and had some issues with the range on the remote starter. I walked into the dealership and went to the Service area explaining my issue. They researched the issue online and printed off the latest issues with the remote start. As I am reading the printout walking into the sales area I ran into Matt the owner. Matt asked me how things are going and I told him about my remote starter issue. Matt took the time with me to ask questions and wanted me to show him the issue. After Matt saw the issue we then talked awhile about the issue and he suggested some potential resolutions. I told Matt the next time I come in for an Oil change maybe we could try one of his resolutions out. Well, it wasn’t three days later my salesman Justin Koepp called me as I am driving home from work letting me know they just received a part for my Encore that will resolve the remote start issue. I was very impressed on how Matt Saxe worked with his salesman to research the issue and come up with a resolution. I can’t speak enough about how Matt Saxe Chevrolet Buick, we have bought three vehicles from there and have been very happy with the customer service. More

We were very fortunate to be near the Matt Saxe Cherrolet Buick dealership when we had car trouble.Scott Anger had his mechanics check out our car right away. Josh Fisher came our and took the time to answer questions and show us some cars. Scott and Josh suggested we take a car for a test drive and go for lunch while they continueud to check out our car. While we were gone Josh found out what our car was worth and what kind of deal we could get.
