Oil/lube/filter and tire rotation I am very disappointed. I was warned not to come to Matt Castrucci for service by a neighbor but thought since they were the closest Nissan dealership I am very disappointed. I was warned not to come to Matt Castrucci for service by a neighbor but thought since they were the closest Nissan dealership to my home I would give them a chance. I booked the service on line, as a new customer their web site quoted me a price of $59.90. When I arrived 10 min early for my appointment I was told it would be 79$ for the oil change and an additional $20 something for the other services that were all quoted on the $59.90 price. I told the gentleman that was wrong and I was going to pay the $59.90 or I'd go someplace else....( it's a matter of integrity. I make it a point to not shop or get services at places that do the bate and switch tactics) The man working with me rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed when I told him he needed to honor what was on the web site. He then showed me the current specials and coupons on your site and none of them matched what I thought I had scheduled. I then told him to follow the steps that I did to schedule the appointment. (I also had my confirmation number etc.) To his surprise the $59.90 offer popped up. I requested he honor it. He again postured and huffed and puffed stating "I didn't say I wouldn't honor it." He scratched out the other priceses on the paper and said it would be $60.00 plus tax.... I then stated "no, it will be $59.90 or I'll take my car and go someplace else. " He then stated that the booking service was not their service it is an external vendor... I told him I didn't care and he still needed to honor it. If he wasn't going to honor it I wanted to speak to a manager.... he indicated his manager was on vacation... I said I'm sure there is somebody covering for him. To which he then said he would honor the $59.90. He told me it would be ready in an hour. I waited the hour. A nice lady brought me my paperwork quoting that everything was in good order no leaks, good wear left on tires and breaks etc. I went to pay and quickly realized I had actually been charged $60.33 rather than the $59.90. I asked for the 0.43 cents to be removed. I apologized to the cashier for being short with her but at this point I was so angry that the original guy got his 10 cent difference and made up an additional .33 cents that I couldn't stand it. The cashier did call back to the service department to question the bill. They said they actually had only charged me $58 and basically I had gotten off easy and should have been happy with it. At that point I had enough. I told the cashier never mind I'll pay the full amount but I would never be back to their service center... EVER!!!! Yes I realize it was only a total of 0.43 cents difference in the end but if you over charge everyone by that much you are making a lot of money off of unknowing customers.... secondly you will remember the original cost he wanted to charge would have been close to $100.. that's a bate and switch and unforgivable. My experience at Matt Castrucci was great! Andy Moore, my sales rep, stayed late and even met me on his day off to accomadate my schedule. They did not have the truck that I was looking for on the lot, but A sales rep, stayed late and even met me on his day off to accomadate my schedule. They did not have the truck that I was looking for on the lot, but Andy located one in minuets and had it on the lot the next day. Andy was very easy to work with, no haggling or intimidation. The deal Andy gave me was fair for both sides! I would recommend this dealer to anyone, but you definitely want to work with Andy as your sales rep! More

Everyone we came in contact with at this dealership was very professional. We received excellent customer service. They didn't play games or insult our intelligence. We bought a Nissan Juke 2011 S model with All Wheel Drive. Two days later, we changed our mind and wanted to upgrade it to an SV model with All Wheel Drive. We did tons of research online to see what t Drive. Two days later, we changed our mind and wanted to upgrade it to an SV model with All Wheel Drive. We did tons of research online to see what the price difference would be between the two models. It was $1,800 difference. The dealership was not willing to accept the upgrade exchange for even a $2,000 difference. They wanted $2,600 more for that exchange while the fair market value difference was only $1,800. We didn't take the offer because we felt like it was a ripoff and that the dealership didn't care about us as customers after the sale. They sold us the car and there is nothing we can do about it. We are pretty much at their mercy. Instead of going above and beyond to differenciate themselves from other dealerships, they were trying to take advantage of us since they knew that we wanted the upgrade. We don't believe that it is the best way to do business in today's competitive market, especially when we had purchased 4 vehicles from them and referred our friends and family to them. Did they do anything illigal by jacking up the price? No, of course. Could they have accomodated us for this transaction if they had wanted to do so? Absolutely. But they chose not to. All they care about is today's sale. They could care less if we bring more business to them tomorrow. We are done with doing business with Matt Castrucci dealership and we will make sure to tell our family and friends our experience. We would rather pay a bit extra to go to a dealership next door than to have this kind of service from Matt Castrucci. More
This was the second nissan dealer we visited. We knew what there invoice price was and what a fair trade-in would be. They came back with a price that was $750 lower than we were asking [partly due to an extra $500 rebate that the other dealer said wasn't available on our car]. It turns out that it was the same car that the other dealer had located for us! They picked up the car for us and deivered it the next day! We don't always reccomend buisinesses that do a good job but in this case we will be telling everyone about our experience and giving out the extra buisiness cards we asked for. Best experience buying a car in 35 years of buying! More
