Hi Rebecca, Thank you for the review and bringing this to our attention. We apologize that the razor was left under the hood of your vehicle, that should never happen. As the service manager, Brian, explained it was necessary to use the razor to trim some of the wire casings to view how badly the wires were damaged. As you could see in the photos that were provided to you of the damage, there is an obvious difference in where the technician made small trims on the harness vs where the rodent chewed the wires. Thankfully, because of our technician’s efforts, it was discovered that instead of replacing the entire wire harness, a wire repair could be completed. We always look for opportunities to help our customers save on expensive repairs, and in your situation, we succeeded by determining a wire harness replacement was not needed. Please know, that we have spoken to the tech about ensuring all tools are accounted for once a repair is completed. It is regrettable that the razor was not removed, and we sincerely apologize for that oversight. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.
