Hello, My name is Cheyenne and I am the Owner Loyalty Manager here at Ray Brandt Nissan. I am so sorry that your experience with us was not exceptional. I do very much appreciate the feedback you have given. This lets me know exactly what we need to be focusing on as a team. I am very sorry about the clean up. However, when Covid originally hit the US and MS, Ray Brandt Auto Group Corporation suspended all interior vehicle cleaning to protect our employees. At that time Ray Brandt Auto Group unfortunately had to lay off many employees, our detail team being one of the ones that got laid off. Ever since then, we only run through our car wash. I do apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused. We hope to be back at 100% staffing eventually. In the meantime, we hope we do not lose you as a Ray Brandt Nissan customer. The problem with the vehicle cleaning wasn’t on the inside it was on the outside! Lack of interest in providing a good job was the problem. The tires and wheels were not touched until I drove it back and spoke to the GM.

Thank you for the quick response! I completely understand now. I apologize for misunderstanding above. I definitely get how that can be frustrating. More than likely the carwash did not get the tires and wheels very well if even at all. So I will talk to Brian, service manager, to have him inspect the car wash and see about that. I am happy that our GM was able to get you taken care of during this. If there is ever a problem while you are here, please do not hesitate to come see me (located in the back corner of the dealership).
