We appreciate the opportunity to look in this matter. We found the rodent damages first documented in May of 2020, had not been repaired by an authorized repair facility. On the recent visit, we and your insurer re-verified the rodent damages and they agreed with the diagnoses and repair recommendation put forth. We apologize for the inconvenience that the entire process from insurance approval, parts ordering and repair took almost three weeks. We are glad we were able to clarify.

That is not a clarification and the repairs were actually done at another facility. Of which the damages were “perfectly chewed” by a rat in a straight line, not jagged. But, I can bring those receipts if you would like. And blaming insurance for approval, that is ridiculous. You gave me the “alleged damage” quote on Monday afternoon and the insurance company approved with us on Tuesday, but needed a w9 before going further, which I requested y’all send on Tuesday. Therefore, the approval was officially given to you on Wednesday. No worries though, Nissan corporate has been contacted. Good luck to the other people who come there. Glad I’m done with your dealership and Nissan.
