My very first impression of the new dealership was the day I brought my husband's truck to get serviced. They had snacks waiting in the lobby for those waiting for their cars to be washed or serviced or purchasing a car. No....it's not something they have to offer. However, it was the two things that set them apart from the others. To be honest, I think that's why I bought my 2019 Altima. I didn't dread sitting there waiting during servicing. They also offered free wash/vacuum any time I wanted. They don't have that any more. For now, I'm going to chalk it up to an atrocious economy and INFLATION that's out of this world. With that being said, everyone is always nice, however you will get nice at all dealerships. It's lagniappe that will makes a dealership stand out. Between having my Buick serviced at the Buick dealership and and Altima serviced at Nissan, the only thing giving Nissan the little bump is the coffee machine. They are quick, thorough, and fast. My husband has OCD and he can watch the techs. He appreciates their consistency and was very pleased with the tech who serviced his truck. Everything was put back in place correctly. We appreciate they are open on Saturdays and they are close to home. Saturday hours is the deal breaker on buying a car. I don't have to take a day off work to get my car serviced. No I don't want someone to come pick my car up. I want to bring it and leave with it. So kudos on that!
