Always great timely service at Ray Bryant MS. Customer service associates seem to have your best interest in mind. I've never had them try to recommend more than I needed. I was pleased with the updates to the work they were doing on my car and the ACTUAL work that was done, but not how my car was cared for. Upon getting my car back, I noticed grease handprints on the sid doing on my car and the ACTUAL work that was done, but not how my car was cared for. Upon getting my car back, I noticed grease handprints on the side door, steering wheel, and center console. But the worst part was the black grease stains that COVERED my entire floor mat. I had to scrub it for a long time with Woolite to get it out. Not happy about the treatmant of my car at all. Next time the technicians should wear gloves (or at least clean their hands) and put paper floor mats down. More

I brought my truck in for a code reading and was told it was going to be 3 hours and it was at the shop the entire day. I called at the end of that day and it still wasn’t even looked at.
