3 hrs wait for a simple walkin tire fix (had nail in my tire NO tired lock key was ever put in the car when it was first brought so other tires place could not fix it but the dealership . THEN my hood Was tire NO tired lock key was ever put in the car when it was first brought so other tires place could not fix it but the dealership . THEN my hood Was not closed properly (not at all) and almost cause me to kill someone when the hood pop up while I was driving on a hey. My last oils/tires rotation, my TIRES air pressure was not check ( it was up in the 44!). Had to come back to get that fix. At this time, IM NOT A FAN of the service department. DONT have confident that they will take care of me properly or safely. :( More
Service department went above and beyond to diagnose and fix issues with my vehicle cause by the negligence of a different dealership. Excellent service department! Ashley was very helpful and thorough and Adam the mechanic spoke to me personally about my issue several times.
