Thank you for sharing your service experience with us. I truly apologize that you had a bad experience. So that I could properly address this issue, I looked into what services you had done six months ago and again recently. According to what I was able to find, your vehicle, a 2005 Maxima, had very low mileage, which would suggest that the vehicle was not driven often. When a vehicle is not driven, and sits through fluctuation of temperatures due to weather, multiple issues can occur to the seals and moveable parts that may not be immediately apparent. There was no maintenance history available prior to bringing it here. I see on your initial visit there was extensive work done with the tires, brakes, rotors, cooling system, cv axle and the coolant fans. These are all things that were readily apparent during the inspection. Upon your next visit, approximately 6 months later, I noted that the vehicle once again had only been driven approximately 300 miles, which again suggests that it sat through a variety of weather changes, which would create even greater wear on seals and moveable parts. Unfortunately, many of the items that were addressed on your second visit, the serpentine belt, battery, hood supports, valve covers, and valve gaskets, may not have been visible on your first visit. Many of these items are rubberized parts that may not immediately show wear until the vehicle is driven regularly. Again, I do truly apologize that your experience with us was less than favorable. I do hope that by further explaining what occurs when a vehicle is not operated on a regular basis will help you to better understand that it was not our intention to provide poor service.
