We have reviewed your concerns and understand your frustration. However, upon reviewing your concerns, we regret that we were not able to fully diagnose your problem as the concerns you expressed occur at higher operating speeds than we are legally and safely allowed to test at. Also, operating at higher speeds in adverse conditions is not recommended, and unfortunately on the day of your visit, it was raining. A member of Ray Brandt Nissan of South Mississippi management would like to discuss this more with you and fully address the concerns you have so that we might be able to reach a resolution.
