Thank you for the feedback; we appreciate hearing your concerns. Every vehicle that comes to our service center receives a Multi-Point Inspection by our factory trained technicians. In the pictures taken of your wipers, there was notable wearing/folding of the edges. This was not recommended to be immediately changed, it was an item showing that it would need repair soon. The inspection report sent to you has this listed under "requiring attention soon". I apologize if this was not explained in a proper manner. The Multi-Point Inspection is performed so that Nissan owners know what is needed to keep their vehicle performing at it best. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you, and hope you will again in the future.
