While John was great, the Infiniti process and team was atrocious. Our repairs took months. Infiniti first told us our repairs were covered by warrant and then Infiniti denied responsibility for the repair atrocious. Our repairs took months. We will never buy another Infiniti vehicle, and will do everything we can to avoid the Infiniti service team in the future. I cannot overstate our disappointment and dissatisfaction with Infiniti.
