Your service writer did not tell us that if we pay with a credit card it would be almost 4% more on top of the bill. I think he needs to tell people before they come to pay for an expensive repair that you c credit card it would be almost 4% more on top of the bill. Horrible Communication! I had dropped my g35 coupe off because i lost my key fob and needed a new one on that fact i live 2 hours from this dealership and it was the closest I had dropped my g35 coupe off because i lost my key fob and needed a new one on that fact i live 2 hours from this dealership and it was the closest one to bring it to in that moment, but called the next day and a woman said it was being done and i asked will it be done in about 2 hours she said yes shouldn’t take that long and it would be ready but i get there and the key was not even at the office nor had my car been touched so i had to drive 2 hours back home without my car from there mistake! I even asked for a discount for the mistake on communication on there end and they said yes and still had no discount! other than that they were all professional people but 0 knowledge in communication with there customers… More
