I called Matt Bowers Hyundai for a service appointment for my 2022 Santa Fe. The fuel access door was stuck and couldn't be opened. I was told the earliest appointment would be over 4 weeks later. I expla for my 2022 Santa Fe. The fuel access door was stuck and couldn't be opened. I was told the earliest appointment would be over 4 weeks later. I explained that with the door stuck closed I could not add fuel therefore the car would be unusable for over a month and requested an earlier date. Was told sorry that's the best we can do. After trying to plead my case I asked to be transferred to the General manager or Service Manager. I was told that she would have someone call me. Having received no call, I sent a message using their website contact form asking for help. I have yet to receive any contact from the dealership. I contacted the Hyundai dealer in Covington and received a next day appointment for them to open the fuel door and schedule a later return for complete repair. If you are considering buying a car from them, well I think you can guess my opinion. If you're considering buying a Santa Fe be aware that the fuel access door may stick and there is no emergency option other than prying the door open and damaging the car. 09/19/24 Took my new car into the service department for the first time yesterday. Exceptional service with my complimentary assurance maintenance. Our tuck has been in the shop for over 2 weeks for a extended warranty problem. They are not updating us and the don't do loner vehicles. It is very frustrating to be dealing with them. I came in at close to 4 pm on the Friday before labor day. I needed the lock lug for my tires. Even though I was buying used tires from another vendor, JT in the service department asked a tech to im day. I needed the lock lug for my tires. Even though I was buying used tires from another vendor, JT in the service department asked a tech to immediately replace all four sets of lugs so that I could get back to the other vendor before they closed for the day. This was a blessing as the tires were too dangerous to travel back home - 150 miles. The decorum of JT and his leadership within the service department at Allen Hyundai saved the day for me. Hats off to these guys!!! More
Very surprised at the unprofessional way the service department operates. Had several problems with repairs and was treated very poorly by service manager.. Service department is incompetent! Doesn’t pay to have a good warranty, if you can’t get good service. You should be able to leave 0 stars, because that is the amount of service I’ve received! under carriage of hyundai I own a Hyundai Elantra and we went to Florida for a visit early this year and when we were driving back I herd the worse noise something flapping und I own a Hyundai Elantra and we went to Florida for a visit early this year and when we were driving back I herd the worse noise something flapping under the car bad so we pulled over to a Goodyear store in Alabama and there were two young guys there and they looked at the car and said you need 2 tires that cost $170,00. Left there and started home when the same noise started up again,drove 50 miles a hour home here to Gulfport. I finally had a friend look under the car and said the plastic flap was broken bad and need replaced. I called to different companies and they were very expensive and shipping was worse. I decided to call Allan Hyundai and they were the cheapest around including installation.I now and will always take my vehicle to Allen Hyundai excellent service More

When I was called with the estimate for work, Lynn explained everything in layman's terms so I would understand what needed to be done. She did not try and "over sell" extra services. I was given a ride home and picked up when care was ready. My car was even washed!!! Will definitely continue bring my car to Allen when service is required. More
